Elviria is an area about 15 minutes east of Marbella's city centre, which is very popular amongst Scandinavians. It offers residents all kinds of services, amenities and entertainment facilities. Bahia de Marbella holds an ideal location for both tranquillity and accessibility to main roads, as well as offering some of the nicest beaches on the Coast. There are 2 good golf courses in the immediate proximity: Rio Real Golf and Santa Clara Golf and a lovely beach restaurant. La Reserva de los Monteros lies East of Marbella and is a beachside, private and established community with white sandy beaches and a lot of tranquillity. There are also a few good beach clubs and beach restaurants where residents can dine. Properties here are popular because they tend to either have stunning views to the sea or are within very close proximity to the beach. Guadalmina Baja is a sought after and tranquil area between San Pedro and Estepona. It is built around the 5* Hotel Guadalmina and Golf Course. The beaches here have been awarded the blue flag since 1992, meaning they are safe and clean to swim in. Casasola is an urbanization in Guadalmina Baja, a calm and tranquil area, close to the beach and Guadalmina Golf course. In the last few years, this beachside location has become very attractive. Atalaya Park is a beachside location between Marbella and Estepona. Home to the 4* Atalaya Park Golf Hotel & Resort, it is a popular choice for family holidays. The Aloha Park golf course is a members’ club open to green fee paying guests, making it quite popular also. El Presidente is a beachside location between San Pedro and Estepona. Just across the road you are spoilt with a selection of restaurants, cafes and all other amenities, which makes it a popular choice for an affordable family holiday. It is only 10 minutes’ drive to Puerto Banus. Benamara is a charming location between Marbella and Estepona , home to a vast number of restaurants, cafes and businesses, making it always quite busy.
